Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By requesting a quote or booking a cleaning through kova-clean.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Kova Clean ("Kova Clean," "we," "us").

2. Services

Kova Clean provides residential cleaning services in our active service areas. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

Quoted prices are locked for 48 hours from the time of the quote. After that, prices are subject to change based on current rates.

3. Scheduling and cancellations

• We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We will notify you as early as possible if we need to reschedule due to our own availability.

4. Access to your home

You are responsible for providing safe and legal access to your home on the scheduled date. If our team cannot access your home at the scheduled time through no fault of our own, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the areas included in your service and does not cover pre-existing conditions or damage.

6. Liability

We carry general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours with photos. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment timing is as follows:

• Your first cleaning is invoiced following your scheduling confirmation call. Payment is due via a secure link provided by our team prior to your first visit.
• All subsequent recurring cleanings are charged the day before each scheduled visit.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
